PROJECT TEAM <br /> KEY PERSONNEL <br /> PMC team members have worked with local governments throughout <br /> California to create and implement unique and effective housing strategies <br /> that are fully compliant with California Housing Element law.As <br /> mentioned previously, resumes are attached in the appendix. <br /> PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> PMC staff works collaboratively with our internal team, our clients,and <br /> project partners. Our project managers have a full suite of management <br /> tools available to track schedules and budgets,ensuring that we meet and <br /> exceed client expectations for delivery times and work products. <br /> The project manager monitors all steps of the process and directs workflow <br /> to adhere to the proposed work program, budget, and schedule.The project <br /> manager assigns tasks and workload based on experience and availability to <br /> meet the project schedule. <br /> Project deliverables are prepared and peer reviewed by the team before <br /> transmittal to the project manager, technical editor,and administrative staff <br /> for final review,editing, formatting, and production. Our early peer review <br /> supports correction of errors or omissions, collaboration,and adaptive <br /> learning. Project manager review focuses on completeness, transparency, <br /> accessibility, accuracy,and consistency with the work program. <br /> PMC employs multiple communication and software tools to maintain an <br /> open and collaborative dialogue among team members. Our team is not <br /> constrained by physical boundaries or office locations,but works together in <br /> both real and virtual spaces. We are sensitive to identifying and using tools <br /> that are appropriate for each project and client.
