DISCUSSION <br /> Following on the success of Phase One of the Harrington Public Art Acquisition Plan, <br /> the Civic Arts Commission, Nancy and Gary Harrington, and City staff are requesting <br /> that the City Council review and give its final approval for the acquisition of the 12 new <br /> artworks identified in Attachment 1.
