Accept the Commissioners Absences Report for the period July 1 through December 31, 2013 Community Development 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 3. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2088 approving amendments to the Pleasanton Municipal Code relating to story pole requirements and demolition by neglect within the Downtown Specific Plan Area 4. Adopt a resolution approving the Altamont Settlement Agreement Education Advisory Board Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2014-15 5. Public Hearing: P13-2458, City of Pleasanton — (1) Consider introduction of Ordinance to amend Chapter 18.88 (Off-Street Parking Facilities) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to modify parking requirements in exchange for fulfilling objectives of the Downtown Specific Plan; and (2) the Negative Declaration prepared for the proposed code amendment 6. Approve a professional services agreement with PMC in the amount of $60,000 for services in association with the update of the Housing Element of the General Plan 7. Approve an amendment to the contract with Gates and Associates for additional services related to preparation of the East Pleasanton Specific Plan Community Services 8. Approve the Public Artwork, "Rock, Paper, Scissors," to be installed at 777 Peters Avenue 9. Approve the Public Artworks, "Pennington" and "Sylvester" at the Valley Humane Society
