STRA~,,T DEDICATION <br /> <br /> ,-,, ~.~ <br /> ~T_~HIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this ~ day <br />of ~.~-~.~----~- , 19~2, by and between WILLIAM H. . <br />$CHMID~ and ¥I¥IA~E, ~Gtt~£DI, hl.~ wlf~ LOWELL D, HARRISON an~ <br />HARTItA Ho HARRISON, his wife, and CHARLES JENNINGS RITENOUR and <br />RUTH YATES RITENOUR, his wife, First Parties, and the TOWN 0I~ <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, Second Party. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: That the said First Parties do hereby grant, <br />transfer and alien unto the said second party for the purpose of <br />a public street or highway, all that certain lot of land situated, <br />lying and being in the Town of P~asanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, and particularly bounded and described as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />A portion of Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Tract 1148, according to <br />the map thereof filed Februa~ 8, 19~2 in the office of <br />the County Recorder of said Alameda County, and of record <br />in Map Book 31, page 87, bounded as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northwestern line of Walnut <br />Drive, as shown on said map, .distant thereon northeasterly <br />3.78 feet from the southern corner of said Lot 10, and <br />running thence along said line of Walnut Drive the three <br />following courses and distanoss: north ~6~ ~' east 10~ <br />feet; northeasterly on the arc of a curve to the left <br />with a radius of 17~ feet, tmagent to the last mentioned <br />course, ~2.18 feet; and northeasterly on the arc of a <br />reverse curve to the right, with a radius of 22~ feet, <br />a distance of 80.83 feet; thence leaving said line of <br />Walnut Drive and running south 60~ 2~' west 23 feet; <br />thence southwesterly on the arc of a curve to the left <br />with a radius of 229.92 feet, tangent to the last mentioned <br />course, 5~.78 feet; thence south 47" 00' 57" west, tangent <br />to the last mentioned arc, 3~.49 feet; thence south- <br />westerly, on the arc of a curve to the right with a <br />radius of h36.50 feet, tangent to the last mentioned <br />course, ~1.9~ feet; thence south ~3~ ~0' west, tangent <br />to the last mentioned arc, 63 feet; thence southwesterly, <br />on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 191 <br />feet, tangent to the last mentioned course, 10.28 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> The property hereby conveyed to be known as Walnut Drive <br />until such time as the party of the Second Part deems it necessary <br />to designate it otherwise. <br /> <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said Second Party forever <br />for the sole object and purpose of maintaining therein a public <br />street or highway and for no~her purpose; and should said real <br />property herein described be at any time used for any other purpose <br />by said Second Party than for the purpose herein mentioned, then <br />this Grant shall immediately lapse and become null and void and <br /> <br /> <br />
