R~$OLU%'ION NO. ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS there has been presented to the Oity 0ouncil <br /> of the Town of Pleasanton a certain map entitled "Tract No. 1127, <br /> Town of Pleasanton. County of AlaMeda, Californiat! etcetera, and <br /> ssid map and the offer of dedication of the streets, easements <br /> for drainage and rights of way for sewers shown on said map, <br /> having been fully considered by the City 0ouncil~ and <br /> <br /> It appearing, and the 0ity Council so finding, that the <br /> streets within the boundaries of said tract shown on said map <br /> are not improved, and that there is not constructed on said <br /> street~ proper or any gradin~ or pavement or concrete curbs, or <br /> Kutters, or sidewalks, or side sewers, or sanitary sewers and <br /> side sewers, or water mains and laterals, or drainage ditches, <br /> as are necessary for the development of said sub-division~ and <br /> as required by the Oity Council of the Town of Pleasanton~ before <br /> approval of such map; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the owner of the land shown on said map iS <br />willing to enter into a contract %o construct on said streets <br />and easements, shown on said map. grading and Daring. concrete <br />curbs, gutters and sidewalks, ~anitary sewers and drainage <br />ditches, as shown upon the plans and specifications Presented and <br />filed with the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton. and to <br />construct on said streets shown on maid map, water mains and <br />laterals together with necessary valves and connections, and to <br />connect said mains with the existin~ mains of the Town of <br />Pleasanton, in accordance with the clans and sQecifications on <br />file with the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, and will <br />enter into an a~reement therefor as required by the Council of <br />the Town of Pleasanton: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that upon the execution of <br />such contract by said owner of said land shown on said map, and <br /> <br /> <br />
