TO~ O~ PLF~S~F~ON <br /> <br />]~PJTION NO. 218~ <br /> <br />WHE~EAS~ the ordinances of the To~n of Fleasantonj in accordance with St&te L~wj <br />require that the Town Council of the Te~-,ef pleasanton meet at this time to fix <br />the rate for Town Taxes, designating the a~ount levied for each fund an~ muir <br />then levy the Taxes upon the T---hle property in the Town: <br /> <br />NO~ THerEFORE BE TT RESOLVED that the tax rates for the various funds of the To~n <br />of pleasanton for the fiscal year 1951/52 are hereby fixed as follows: <br /> <br />The s~a of sixty three cents on each one hundred dollars of ass- <br />essed valuation to he levied against all taxable property in the <br />To~n of plea~anton is to be placed in the General Fund. <br /> <br />The sum of three cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br />valuation to he levied against all taxable property in the Town <br />of Pleasanton is to be placed in the Music and Promotion Fund. <br /> <br />The su~ of eleven cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br />valuation to he levied against all t~wable property in the To~n <br />of Pleasanton is to he placed in the Library Fund. <br /> <br />The su~ of twelve cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br />valuation to he levied against all ts-able property in the Town <br />of pleasanton is to be placed in the 1929 Bond Fund. <br /> <br />The sum of fifty one cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of pleasanton is to be placed in the 19~8 Bond Fund. <br /> <br />Making a total tax rate for the Town of Pleasanton of on__~e <br />dollar and fort~ cents on each one h~ndred dollars of assessed <br />valuation of taxable property. <br /> <br />A~D BE IT FURTH~ RESOLV~D that in accordance with the provisions of Ordimance <br />Nsc 202 of the Town of Pleasanton, the tax Collector of the county of Alameda <br />is hereby authorized and directed to collect taxes for the Town of pleasanton <br />at the rate set forth herein and in the manner and at the time provided by <br />lawo <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be published Once in the <br />.pleasanton Times" a newspaper of general circulation printed and publicized <br />in the To~n of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of the Town of <br />pleasanton held on September 18, 1951, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABS~2~T: <br /> <br />Councilmen Abrott, Tr~m~gha~ Hansen~ Oxsen <br />Counc~ 1,,~,~ Hewitson <br /> <br />Approved this 18th day of September, 1951. <br /> <br /> <br />
