A <br /> <br /> BE XT R~SOLV~D that the p~ans a~d ~pecifications <br /> <br />for th® xmprovem®n~ of Kottingsr Av®nu®,~xn ~n® Town <br /> <br />Pleasanton, presented and filed by HAKRY GOODRIDG~ with the <br />City Council, be and they ars hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications for the said work of improvement; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER R~OLV~D that the City Council has <br />ascertained, and does hereby ascertain that the prevailing rate <br />of per diem wages set forth in Schedule A of said plans and <br />specifications, is the pr®vailing rats of per diem wages in the <br />vicinity of the Town of Pl®asanton applicable to sa~d work of <br />improving Kottingcr Avenue in the Town of Pl®asanton; <br /> <br /> BE IT F~FI~LE~ RESOLVED that thc City Clerk of the <br />Town of Pl®asanton be and ho is hereby instructed to advertise <br />for bids, and to give notice to bidders to submit bids, f~r the <br />improvement of Kottinger Avenue in the Town of Pleasanton; to <br />cause said notice to be published in accordance with law in tho <br />Pleasanton T4,ues, and to ha~e b4ds flor thc same su~nitted to <br />the Council on or b®ffore the meeting off the City Council to be <br />held on tho 10th day off March, 1~52, at ~.'~0 P.
