Peter Sorensen, Contractor, for the construction <br />of a sewage treatment plant has been completed, and <br />it is recommended that the work be accepted by your <br />Council as of this date. <br /> <br /> Payments due the contractor are as follows: <br />Base Contract Price $130,730.00 <br />Change Orders No. l, 2, and 3 2~912.~2 <br /> Total $133,6d2.32 <br /> <br /> Under the terms of the contract, totsl payments <br />to the contractor should now be 75% of the total amount <br />of his contract price. Notice of completion of the <br />job should be recorded immediately, and the balance should <br />be paid thirty five days after acceptance, provided <br />no leins have been filed against the job.
