RESOLUTION NUMBER 2320 BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the TOWN OF PLEASANTON that said ~lty Council hereby FINDS and DETEP~J_NES that the public convenience amd necessity requires that the Schedule I of the plan~s and specifications adopted and on file for the construction of a two million gallon liquid capacity water reservior for the Town of Pleasanton b · declared and accepted on which to award a contract for the contruction thereof and that a contract should be awarded thereon should be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of such water reservoir of the type of construction specified in said Schedule I, and WH~P~EAS after full and complete consideration of all bids and/or proposalt~ subm~ .~ted and on file it is hereby found and determined that the bid and/or proposal of ZABALLOS BROS. as based, stated and submitted on said Schedule I of said plans and specifications is the lowest and best bid .and that said Zaballos Bros. are as such bidder a responsible bidder, it is therefore hereby ordered that a contract be and is hereby awarded to said Zab~llos Bros. to construct such water reservoir in strict accordance with the plans and specifications therefor as stated in said Schedule I of said plans and specifications at and for the price or prices stated and specified in said bid of said Zab~11os Bros. on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, and that all other bids and/or proposals are hereby rejected.
