ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE <br /> EXPENDITURE OF CITIZENS' OPTIONS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAM FUNDS (COPS) <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 3, 2013, the City Council was presented a report <br /> recommending the use of Citizens' Option for Public Safety (COPS) funds received from the State, as <br /> outlined in Section 30061 of the Government Code and in accordance with AB 1584. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the rollover and expenditure of the remaining <br /> balance of COPS 15 and approves the recommendations for expenditures of COPS Year 17 as follows: <br /> Approximate Allocation <br /> Wireless Remote Target System $4,000 <br /> Ballistic Body Armor for Police Volunteers 12,000 <br /> Exterior Storage Lockers 10,900 <br /> Perishable Skills Training Package 4,800 <br /> Mini-Tablet Computers 6,800 <br /> Forensic Link Analysis 2,800 <br /> Reporting Software 12,400 <br /> Patrol/Traffic Rifles 9,200 <br /> Respirator Fit Tester 9,900 <br /> Crime Prevention Supplies 3,000 <br /> Portable/Lightweight Video Cameras 2,600 <br /> Police Motorcycle Emergency Lights 14,500 <br /> Motorcycle Rifle Mounts 8,200 <br /> Police Motorcycle Helmet Communications 22,100 <br /> SECTION 2.
