The property is located on the north side of the City Operations Services <br /> Center. All project work has been completed and public improvements are ready for <br /> acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance the public Improvements for Ironwood Active <br /> Adult Community, Tract 8064. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase in maintenance cost for water and sewer facilities <br /> added with this tract. The water and sewer customers residing in the Ironwood Active <br /> Adult Community will pay for these costs through their bimonthly water and sewer bills. <br />
