Approve regular meeting minutes December 3, 2013 City Manager 2. Approve a professional services agreement in the amount of$ 93,215 with Civica Software for the design and implementation of a new City Website 3. Adopt a resolution to Opt-out of the Alameda County's Waste Management Authority Mandatory Recycling Ordinance Phase 2 Community Development 4. Ratify approval of a third amendment to agreement with BKF engineers in the of $74,400 to perform additional engineering services to prepare for construction of the Bernal Avenue at 1-680 Interchange improvements; a fourth amendment to the agreement with BKF Engineers, in the amount of $77,000, to finalize the plans, specifications and estimates for the landscape and gateway design, obtain a Caltrans encroachment permit rider, and to provide services during the advertising and bidding period for the Bernal Avenue at 1-680 Improvements, CIP No. 005068 5. Introduce an ordinance amending Title 11, Chapter 11.20, Section 11.20.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, changing various speed limits on City of Pleasanton streets as part of the speed limit review and update of engineering and traffic surveys 6. Approve the Final Map, improvement plans, and subdivision agreement for Tract 7981 (Mederios Crossing)
