B. A facility that meets the requirements of this chapter shall not later be deemed <br /> nonconforming in the event that one of the following uses locates near the existing facility in a <br /> manner that would make the facility noncompliant with the Locational Standards of section <br /> 18.110.050: dwelling units(but not accessory structures, detached garages, sheds, poolhouses, <br /> etc.); senior care or nursing homes and assisted living facilities; public or private schools for <br /> children (including nursery schools); and neighborhood parks, community parks, or regional <br /> parks, as designated in the General Plan. <br /> •. -• • - . • • - ' • :: : : : - : ' : :• • e codified in this <br /> • • • ibsection A of this <br /> section, a preexisting nonconforming use. <br /> . .... - ... - • - -- .. . . . shall review the <br /> determine if they are conforming or nonconforming uses. <br /> required in subsection A of this section. <br /> F.
