RESOLUTION NO. 13-650 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2012/13FY YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE 2012/13FY CIP <br /> BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments <br /> and carryovers; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Amend the 2012/13FY Capital Improvement Program Budget as shown in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> Section 2: Approve the Capital Improvement Program Budget carryovers as shown in <br /> Appendix B. <br /> Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of December 2013. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the December 3, 2013 <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Pentin, Vice Mayor Cook-Kallio <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: Mayor Thorne <br /> Abstain: <br /> are Diaz, City CI- <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> 1 nathan P.
