§ 5-4.10 Appeal. The decision of the hearing officer " <br /> may be appealed to the City Manager or his <br /> designate during regular City business hours. <br /> The decision of the City Manager or his desig- <br /> nate shall be final. <br /> <br /> § 5-4.11 Notice. Notice of the provisions of this Article <br /> shall be given to all persons seeking to reclaim <br /> their vehicles from the person towing and storing <br /> said vehicles. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
