RESOLUTION NO. 2.952 <br /> <br />kE~OLUTION DECLAhING RESULTS Oi" ~]LECTION <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, a general municipal election was bold and conducted in the <br />Town of Pleasanton~ on Tuesday, the 13th day of AI, ril, 1954, as required by <br />law, <br /> <br /> AND ~H~=kS, it appears that notice of said election was duly given, <br />that voting precincts were properly established, that election officers were <br />appointed and election supplies furnished, and that irt all respects said <br />election was held and conducted and the votes cast thereat received and can- <br />vassed, and the returns thereof made, determined a~d declared in time, form <br />and manner as required by the general laws of tbe State providing for and <br />regulating municipal elections in cities of the fifth and sixth class, <br /> <br /> AliD '~ [!2{E~kS, t}.e C~ty Council of said Towm of ?leasanton met at the <br />Council Chamber t~ereof on Tuesday, the 2Otb day of A[~ril, 195~, at 7:50 P.M. <br />to canvass the retur.qs of said election, <br /> <br /> A'.~D '.IE[.EAS, the Council finds as a result of said canvass that the <br />number of votes cast, and the matters required by law, <o be as hereinafter <br />stated; <br /> <br /> NOW Tt{EfiEFORE IT iS I{EFtEBY ![ESOLVED~ DEf'l~tl',lf~{ED, Ai~D D~'_CLi~}iEu as <br />follows: Tl~at said regular m~icipal election was held ai~d cotiducted <br />the Town of Pleasanton on Tuesday~ the !3th day of A?ril~ 1954, in t~ne, <br />forr~ and manner as required by law. <br /> <br /> That there was one voting precinct established in said To~ for <br />the purpose of holding said electio~, as follows: <br /> <br /> Consolidated Precinct "A" composed of Pleasanton precincts Nos. 1, <br />2 and 3 established for holding state a.qd cou~tt? elections; <br /> <br /> That the w~ole number of votes voted in said Towtt of Pleasanton at <br />said election was 735 <br /> <br />[!ames of Persons Office Total <br />Voted for Vote~] for Vote <br /> <br />John J.
