APPROVING PLANS Ai,~D ~PECiFICATION$ FOR M~PkOViNG t~AY AD'i) DiViSIO~ STRi~T~ IN THE Tob~ OF PL~L4SANTON CBc It q{esoived : T?~t the plans and specifications for the in~rovement of kay Street and Division Street in the Town of Pleasanton, presented and filed by C~i~ES P~,~TANA with the City Council, be and they are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications for the said work of improvement; Bn iT FU~TH~ ~RESOLVED: That the City Council has ascertained, and does hereby ascertain that the prevailing rate of per diem wa~es set forth in Exhibit A of said plans and specifications, is the prevailing rate o£ per diem wages in the vicinity of the Town of Pleasanton appli- cable to said work of improving Ray Street and Division Street in the Town of Pleasanton; BE IT FURTH~iI~ESOLVED: That the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton be and she is hereby instructed to advertise for bids, and to give notice to bidders to submit bids, for the improvement of ~ay Street anm Division Street in tlc Town of Pleasanton; to cause said notice to be published in accordance with law in the Pleasanton Times~ and to have bids for the same submitted to the Council on or before the meeting of the City Council to be held on the l~th day of April , 1954, at 8:00 P.M.
