CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 882 <br /> AN ORDINANCE <br /> AMENDING SUBSECTION 2-18.42(b) OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 11, <br /> TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RELATING TO SWI~ING POOL CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection (b) of Section 2-18.42 (Permittee's Respon- <br />sibilities), Article 1, Chapter 11, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended in its entirety to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> (b) When any work is to be done by persons other than <br /> the prime contractor or licensed subcontractors in <br /> his employ, separate, additional permits shall be <br /> procurred by the person or persons doing such work, <br /> and an additional fee paid therefor. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
