proposal for the Addendums to the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment/Staples <br /> Ranch EIR or expanded initial studies for up to five development projects within Staples <br /> Ranch. <br /> FirstCarbon Solutions would be responsible for providing either an addendum to the EIR <br /> or an expanded initial study for up to five projects that submit an application for <br /> development. The scope of the relevant environmental document will be negotiated <br /> with the Director of Community Development for each site. In some cases, the <br /> addendum or expanded initial study will document why additional environmental <br /> analysis is not necessary, and in other cases, the document will evaluate expanded <br /> impacts at the project level that were not addressed in the EIR. <br /> The anticipated cost for each addendum/expanded initial study is approximately <br /> $22,000.
