C P ZYFM,4ZL1_ $; original �oaarroy Li la..: u� <br /> �[ Disposition <br /> FROM ft mow— AVERY FX-TO <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA AND THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA AND THE CITY OF <br /> LIVERMORE REGARDING TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUES UPON <br /> ANNEXATION OF RUBY HILL AND ALDEN LAND/VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> This Agreement is made pursuant to the provisions of Revenue and Taxation Code <br /> section 99 and shall constitute the agreement for exchange of property tax revenues <br /> required for exchange of property tax revenues required by Revenue and Taxation <br /> Code section 99(b)(6). Furthermore, Revenue and Taxation Code section 99(b)(3) <br /> provides that if a jurisdictional change will alter the service area or service <br /> responsibility of a special district, the Board of Supervisors of the county in which the <br /> special district is located shall, on behalf of the special district, negotiate any <br /> exchange of property tax revenues. The Board of Supervisors enters into this <br /> Agreement on behalf of the County Library, County Structural Fire District and the <br /> Livermore Area Recreation and Park District. <br /> The parties hereto agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibits A, B and <br /> C. <br /> Dated: November 18, 1992 CITY OF LIVERMORE <br /> art, rm <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />
