ORDINANCE NO. 880 , <br /> Page 4 <br /> <br /> Section 9. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency " <br /> measure for preserving the public health and safety for <br /> the reasons set forth above and shall be in full force <br /> and effect immediately after its passage by the City <br /> Council. <br /> Section 10. The moratorium established herein shall not prohibit the <br /> completion of the applications already filed in the City <br /> of Pleasanton for condominium conversions. The two <br /> existing applications grandfathered by this section are: <br /> MS-79-01, Bill Hirst <br /> MS-79-03, Mike Peel <br /> Section 11. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of <br /> general circulation, published and circulated in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> INTRODUCED AND ADOPTED as an emergency ordinance at a regular meeting <br />of the City Council on March 13, 1979.
