Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park <br /> Project Location: <br /> Site Address: 3454 Old Foothill Road, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California 94566 <br /> APNs: 946-3800-003-16 <br /> jurisdiction in which property is located: <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County <br /> Land Use Description and Zoning applicable to the property: <br /> General Plan: Agriculture and Grazing and Rural-Density Residential (.20 dwelling <br /> units/acre) <br /> Zoning: A - Agriculture (I dwelling unit/100 acres) <br /> Project Objective: <br /> This acquisition property is adjacent east of Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park and lies <br /> west of Foothill Road and Interstate 680 and south of Interstate 580. The purchase will <br /> protect the critical, contiguous habitat corridor that is created by Pleasanton Ridge <br /> Regional Park and other local open space lands. The property could potentially support <br /> a trail head off of Foothill Road and provide an access point into the eastern interior of <br /> Pleasanton Ridge.
