EXHIBIT 1 Chapter 20.04 BUILDING ADMINISTRATIVE CODE Sections: 20.04.010 Pleasanton Building Administrative Code adopted. 20.04.010 Pleasanton Building Administrative Code adopted. A. There is adopted for the City of Pleasanton, an administrative code for the technical codes including the 2012 editions of the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, International Property Maintenance Code, the 2012 editions of the Uniform Mechanical Code and Uniform Plumbing Code, the 2011 edition of the National Electrical Code, the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code and the 1997 edition of the Uniform Housing Code as herein described. The administrative code shall be known as the Pleasanton Building Administrative Code and the same is adopted and incorporated as set out in this chapter.
