PLEASANTON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, hereby grants to the TOWN OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway over the following described parcel of land situate in the Town of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastern line of Santa Rita Road with the northern line of Lot 1 in Block 3 of Tract 1284, according to the map thereof filed January 14, 1954 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of record in Map Book 34, page 21, and running thence along said line of Santa Rita Road south 8° 01' 45" west 55.89 feet to the northern extremity of the curve with a radius of 20 feet that connects said line of Santa Rita Road with the northern line of School Street, as shown on said map; thence along the arc of said connecting curve southerly, southeasterly and easterly 31.42 feet to said line of School Street; thence along the last mentioned llne south 81° 58' 15 east 34.63 feet; thence westerly, northwesterly and northerly along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 30 feet, tangent to said line of School Street, 57.77 feet; thence northerly along the arc of a reverse curve to the left with a radius of 100 feet a distance of 36.08 feet to said northern line of Lot 1; thence along the last mentioned line north 81° 58' 15" west 33 feet to the poi?~of beginning.
