Staff members present were: Nelson Fialho, City Manager; Michael <br /> Roush, City Attorney; Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works; and David P. Culver, Finance <br /> Director. <br /> 3_ AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Councilmember Brozosky requested item 4g be removed from the consent calendar and <br /> placed on regular agenda as item 6c. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Councilmember Brozosky requested amendments to the May 2, 2006 meeting minutes. <br /> It was moved by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mr. Thorne, that the following actions under <br /> the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> a. Approved minutes of the 05/02/06 meeting with Mr. Brozosky's amendments. <br /> b. Approved agreement between the City of Pleasanton and All City Management Services <br /> for School Crossing Guard Services (SR 06:094) <br /> c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 06:022) <br /> There was no action taken or required on this item. <br /> d. Adopted Resolution 06-031 a resolution amending Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee <br /> Schedule) to establish revised water service activation fees. (SR 06:124) <br /> e. Approved cooperative agreement for design, construction and administration of the <br /> Traffic Operation System (TOS) and an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in the I- <br /> 580 Corridor.
