CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 873 AN OPDINANCE REZONING A 2-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BLACK AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET WEST OF CEDARWOOD LANE FROM THE P(PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT TO THE 0 (OFFICE) DISTRICT, AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP #180. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A 2-acre parcel of land, located on the south side of Black Avenue approximately 400 feet west of Cedarwood Lane in the City of Pleasanton and owned by Dr. Joseph Elia, is hereby rezoned from the P (Public and Institutional) District to the 0 (Office) District. This parcel is more particularly described and shown on Zoning Unit Map #180, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorpo- rated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated AprittS, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 180, dated December 12, 1978. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper of general circu- lation, published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 5, 1978.
