IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PLEASA~0N <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2393 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VAOATING SEWER ~ASEM~NT TRAOT 1284 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the Znd day of August, 195~, this <br />Council passed its ordinance No. 234 declarin~ its intentions <br />to proceed under provisions of Article 5 0hapter 2 Part 1 <br />Division 1 Title 5 of the C. o vernment Code of the State of <br />California, known as the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, <br />to vacate that certain easement for sewer purposes in Lot 1 of <br />Block 3, Tract No. 1284 of the Town of Pleasanton, which is <br />lawfully, officially and commonly known as hereinafter described; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said ordinance of intention fixed a time <br />and place for hearin~ all persons interested in or objecting to <br />the proposed vacation, to wit= Monday, September 13th, <br />at 8:00 otclock P. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall. <br />Pleasanton, California, which said time was not less than <br />fifteen days from the above mentioned date of passage of said <br />ordinance~ and <br /> <br /> ~fHEREAS said ordinance was published in the manner <br />prescribed by law for the publication of ordinances in the Town <br />of Pleasanton, to wit: Twice within at least two successive <br />weeks prior to the date of said hearing in the official news- <br />paper of the Town of Pleasanton, The Pleasanton Times; and <br /> <br /> WH~I~EAS on August ~th, 195& notices of <br /> <br />easement vacation were posted conspicuously along the line of <br />that easement proposed to be vacated, not more than three hundred <br />feet apart, which notice stated the passage of said ordinance <br />of intention and time and place of hearing, above mentioned; <br />and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
