There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the International Property <br /> Maintenance Code, more particularly described in this section, except such portions <br /> as are amended, modified or deleted in this chapter and the same is adopted and <br /> incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter. <br /> B. Said Code is the International Property Maintenance Code 2012 Edition including all <br /> Appendices, published by the International Code Council. <br /> C. These regulations shall be known as the Pleasanton Property Maintenance Code, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "this code." <br /> D.
