Condition of Approval No. 2.D. of City Council Ordinance No. 1596 is modified to <br /> read as follows (new text is in bold underline and deleted text is in strikeout): <br /> "2.D. Total Gross Floor Area within the Project shall not exceed nine <br /> million, eight hundred eighty-nine thousand (9,889,000) square feet, <br /> excluding residential areas development existing as of August 2013, <br /> residential development on the seven sites shown on the attached <br /> Exhibit B, child day-care facilities, and transit/public service center <br /> facilities, and BART stations and related facilities." <br /> [No changes to the remainder of this Condition.] <br /> Except as modified above, all existing conditions and requirements of Cases <br /> PUD-81-30 through PUD-81-30-54M and Cases PUD-85-08 through <br /> PUD-85-08-26M shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> (end) <br />
