Planning Commission, September 25, 2013 <br /> Commissioners Present: Nancy Allen, Greg O'Connor, Jennifer Pearce, Mark Posson, <br /> and Herb Ritter <br /> Commissioner Absent: Arne Olson <br /> P13-0336, Michael Roseberry <br /> Work Session to review and receive comments on a Preliminary Review application to: <br /> (1) replace the existing auto service use with a 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience market <br /> and a drive-through carwash; (2) add approximately 700-square feet to the existing <br /> building; and (3) modify the existing site improvements at the existing Valero service <br /> station located at 3192 Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood <br /> Commercial) District. <br /> The Commission conducted the Work Session and provided input and direction to staff <br /> and the applicant. <br /> P13-1858, City of Pleasanton, East Pleasanton Specific Plan <br /> Consideration of a Draft Preferred Land Use and Circulation Plan for the purposes of <br /> preparing an Environmental Impact Report and a Draft Specific Plan <br /> After discussing and providing feedback on the Preferred Plan and Alternatives, the <br /> Commission recommended that the Preferred Plan, with the addition of Option 5 <br /> (1,430 total housing units), be analyzed in the Environmental Impact Report.
