Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers in the amount of$331,445 to provide engineering and <br /> related services for the East Amador Relief Sewer (EARS) Pumping Station, CIP No. 112031 <br /> 10. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2077 approving the application of <br /> Ponderosa Homes for: (1) the rezoning of an approximately 2.1-acre site at 4202 Stanley Blvd <br /> from C-F (Freeway Interchange Commercial) District to PUD-MDR/OS-PH&S/WO (Planned Unit <br /> Development) — Medium Density Residential/Open Space — Public Health and Safety/Wildland <br /> Overlay) District; and (2) a PUD development plan to retain the existing residence, to remove the <br /> 32 mobile home spaces and related accessory structures, and to construct 12 detached single- <br /> family homes, as filed under case PUD-97 <br /> Community Services <br /> 11. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Veterans <br /> Memorial Building Joint Use Agreement between the City and the Veterans Organizations of <br /> Pleasanton (VOP) <br /> Finance <br /> 12. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for July 2013 <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Brown to approve the Consent Calendar, as amended. Public Comment <br /> James Paxson, Hacienda Business Park, invited the Council to view the latest report by the Measure B <br /> Citizens Watchdog Committee. For the last 11 years, the committee has produced an annual report to <br /> ensure that the expenditures of funds are in accordance with the measure. He also issued an invitation <br /> to the Pleasanton Green Scene Fair, which is paired with the First Wednesday event for the first time. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 14.
