POTVIN dated September 21, <br />been amended by agreement dated February 14, 1955, <br /> <br />CITY OF <br />195~, has <br />to provide <br /> <br />for for garbage collection service, and to specify the rates <br /> <br />therefor, at both Kottinger Village and Komandorski Village; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follow~: <br /> <br />That the lease and agreement between the Housing <br /> <br />Authority of the City of Pleasanton and the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />dated September 13, 1954, concerning Kottinger Village, is <br /> <br />hereby amended to include the following paragraph~ <br /> <br />"lla. GARBAGE SERVICE: The City shall provide for <br />all necessary garbage and refuse collection and <br />disposal at Kottinger Village through the duly <br />appointed garbage collector of the City of Pleasanton, <br />at no cost to the Housing Authority.
