<br />First Party hereby grants to Second Party a right of way and
<br />easement for the purpose of permitting water to flow and drain
<br />from that certain.real property known as Tract 1284, according to
<br />the map thereof fzled January 14, 19~54 in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of Alameda County, and of record in Map Book 34, page 21,
<br />~d fro~ that certain real property to be designated as "Tract 128~
<br />rzeasan~on, Alameda County, Cslifcrnfa", situate in the Townshi -

<br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California and more
<br />particularly described as:

<br />Beginnin~ at the intersection of the northeastern line of
<br />Tract 1284, according to the map thereof filed January 14,
<br />19~4 in the office of the County Recorder of said Alameda
<br />County, and of record in Map Book 34, page 21, with the
<br />northwestern line of the parcel of land described in the deed
<br />from Marie Groth, et al., to Pleasanton Development Corpora-
<br />tion, dated May 12, 19~3 and recorded May 15, 1953 in Book
<br />7030 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 149, and
<br />running thence north 69° 46' east, along the northwestern
<br />line of said parcel of land 332 feet; thence south 20°
<br />east 98 feet; thence north ~9° 46' east 226.78 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly, on the arc of a curve to the right, with radius
<br />of 253.54 feet, tangent to the last mentioned course, through
<br />a central angle of ~ ~egrees 26' 02", a distance of 41.7~

<br />0 45 20 west 38.18 feet; thence south 89 14' 40" east 100
<br />feet to the western line of the parcel of land described in
<br />the deed from Spring Valley Water Company, Ltd., a corporation,
<br />to Henry J. Kaiser Company, a corporation, dated May 12, 1936
<br />and recorded June 16, 1936 in Book 3311 of said Official
<br />Records, page 467; thence south 0° 45' 20" west, along the
<br />last mentioned line, 263.59 feet to the northwestern line of
<br />the right of way of the Western Pacific Railroad Company,°
<br />formerly Western Pacific Railway Company; thence south 69
<br />46' west, along the last mentioned line, 802.0% feet to the
<br />general northeastern line of ssid Tract 1284; thence along
<br />the last mentioned line the three following courses and
<br />distances: north 20° 14' west 97 feet; north 69° ~6, east 29
<br />feet, and north 20° 14' west 394 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />property being situate in said Township of Pleasanton and more par-

<br />Road No. 1~33, known as the County Road leading from Pleasanton
<br />to Santa Rita, also known as Santa Rita Road, with the general
<br />northern boundary line of the parcel of land described in the
<br />deed from Marie Groth, et al., to Pleasanton Development Corp-
<br />oration, a corporation, dated May 12, 19~3 and recorded May l~,
