ANT OF F~ASE~iENT FOR %~ATER DRAINAGE FROM TRACTS 1284 and 1285 ¥;~EREAS the PLEAS~D.'TON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION have tendered ~elivery of a ~r~t Deed conveying to the City of Pleasanton. also known as the Te~ of Pleasanton. a Cali~ornia municipal corporation, an easement and right-of-way for drainage of water over, u~on and across the real property hereinafter described; and %~ERE~ it is for the best interests of the 0ity of Pleasanton to accept delivery of said Deed: N0%f, THEREFORE, BE ~ RESOLVED that the City of Pleas~ton accepts the grant from said Pleas~ton Development Oorpor~tion. a corporation, dated the 14th day of February, 1955; That said real property is described as follows, to wit: A right-of-way and easement for drainage from Tract 128~ as set forth on map dated January 14, 1954, on file in the Office of the Recorder. County of Alameda, in Map Book 3h, Page 21, and from Tract 1285, adjacent to said Tract 1284, both tracts being within the City of Pleasanton; ove~~, upon and across the lands lying northerly of said T~acts 1284 and 1285, commonly known as the "Groth property" lying easterly of Santa Rita Road in the Township of Pleasanton , County of Alameda, State of California. Said lands are more particularly described in the attached Grant Deed above mentioned. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton shall have this Resolution accepting said grant sighted by the Mayor of the City of Pleasanton, and shall present to the Recorder of the County of Almneda the above described deed ond a copy of this Resolution, certified as a true and correct copy. for the purpose of recording same.
