Density bonus housing agreements for land dedication or child care facilities <br />shall ensure continued compliance with all conditions included in sections <br />17.38.080 and 17.38.090 respectively. <br />17.38.140 Conflict of Interest <br />The following individuals are ineligible to purchase or rent a target unit: (a) city <br />employees and officials who have policy making authority or influence regarding <br />city housing programs, and their immediate family members; (b) the project <br />applicant and its officers and employees and their immediate family members; <br />and (c) the project owner and its officers and employees and their immediate <br />family members. <br />Page 18 of 18 <br />
