T K.2 5-1, Continued <br />S. Development standards for MCOIPD uses shall be determined by the use <br />proposed for the site. These standards shall be based on the use and the <br />number of floors proposed. If an office or industrial use is proposed, <br />the development standards shall be based on the number of floors proposed <br />and shall follow those standards described in Note 7 above.
