Chapter 31 B is adopted and amended to add the following Sections to read as follows: <br />Section 3118B.3.1 Existing pool and spa enclosures. Any new or replacement <br />swimming pool, spa, swimming pool /spa enclosure shall be constructed and maintained <br />per the current requirements in Chapter 31B of the California Building Code. Any <br />existing swimming pool, spa, swimming pool /spa enclosure repair may maintain the <br />existing barrier and latch height requirements in place at the time of the original lawfully <br />permitted construction approval. <br />Section 31186.5 Barrier prerequisite to filling of pool.
