L~inated guard rails are to be constructed at tile stub ends <br /> of all streets. <br /> <br /> Slope easements designed in accordance with stand~d <br /> engineering practice and approved by the Engineer for the <br /> i~rovement plans of the final map are to be provided at <br /> the stub ends of all streets ~nd next to streets adjacent <br /> 2o parcels not a part of this tract. <br /> <br /> Front, rear and side yard requirements, including a 20 foot <br /> front yard setback shall oonE~ly with requirements of zoning <br /> ordinance of City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />5.
