IN TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0I' PLEA~ANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMI~DA, STATE OF CALTFORN~Jt, <br /> <br />Resolution No.. 2442 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSEB~ING TO COM~NCF~ENT <br />OF PR00EEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION OF ADAMS <br /> COURT, <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, pursuant to Section 35106 of the Government <br />Code the proponents, bein~ residents of A~ams Court, have sub-- <br />mitted to the City Council on February 21, 1955, a petition <br />for co nser~ to commence prooeedin~s for annexation; and <br /> <br /> WH~REA~ said Adams Court is conti~uous to the City of <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br />Pleasanton, and would contribute to the orderly growth of <br />city; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED as followsl <br /> <br /> 1. That tho City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />does hereby consent to the commencement of proceedin~s pursuant <br />to the Annexation Act of 1913 of the State of California; <br /> <br /> 2.
