e. Designate a noise disturbance coordinator who will be responsible for <br /> responding to complaints about noise during construction. The telephone <br /> number of the noise disturbance coordinator shall be conspicuously <br /> posted at the construction site and shall be provided to the City of <br /> Pleasanton. Copies of the construction schedule shall also be posted at <br /> nearby noise sensitive areas. <br /> f. Construction activities conducted on the subject property shall not exceed <br /> 86 dBA at any point outside of the property plane of the subject property <br /> (Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 9.04.100.B.). <br /> These requirements shall be printed on the construction plans to the satisfaction <br /> of the Director of Community Development. <br /> 49. All noise control mitigation measures and assumptions as identified in the project <br /> noise analysis shall be incorporated into plans submitted to the Building and <br /> Safety Division for permits. <br /> 50. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant's noise consultant shall certify <br /> in writing to the Director of Community Development that the construction <br /> drawings comply with the applicable City and State interior noise standards. <br /> 51. The leases for the apartment units shall include a disclosure of possible noise <br /> sources in the project vicinity. In addition, for any on-site noise disturbances the <br /> applicant/developer shall establish procedures and a contact phone number for a <br /> site manager the residents can call to address any noise complaints. The <br /> disclosure and procedures shall be submitted to the City Attorney for review and <br /> approval before leasing the first apartment unit. <br /> 52. Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner, the project <br /> applicant/developer shall submit verification from the FAA, or other verification to <br /> the satisfaction of the City Engineer of Chief Building Official, of compliance with <br /> the FAA Part 77 (Form 7460) review for construction on the project site. <br /> 53. Rain gutters shall discharge into landscaping planter areas where feasible. <br /> These details shall be shown on the plans submitted to the Building and Safety <br /> Division for plan check and are subject to the review and approval of the Director <br /> of Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 54. The project shall comply with the State of California's Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance and Bay Friendly Basics Landscape Requirements. A licensed <br /> landscape architect shall verify the project's compliance with the ordinance and <br /> checklist: 1) prior to the issuance of a building permit; and 2) prior to final <br /> inspection. The verification shall be provided to the Planning Division. <br /> 55. A final landscape and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by <br /> Director of Community Development as part of the building permit plan set prior <br /> PUD-87, Auf der Maur/ Rickenbach/Vintage City Council <br /> Page 10 of 39 <br />
