THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATg OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2480 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby resolve as follows= <br /> <br /> 1. That it is for the best interest of the City to <br />accept delivery of the following described deedl <br /> <br /> Deed of J0~ M. SILVA and MARY L. SILVA, husband and <br /> wife, dated August 5, 1955, conveying a right of way <br /> for purposes of construction, use and maintenan~e <br /> of a public highway on the easterly 11 feet of <br /> property fronting First Street, Pleasantono <br /> <br /> 2, That the City Clerk shall present said deed and <br />a ce~tified copy of this resolution to the Recorder of Alameda <br />County, <br /> <br /> Dated this ~th day of A~gust __, 195~, <br /> <br />of the ~t~y of Pleasanton <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
