<br /> On January 4, 2012, the City Council introduced Ordinance 2031 for P11-0915 that
<br /> rezoned 7 acres of the subject property for high-density residential land uses
<br /> (minimum density of 30 dwelling units per acre) with a maximum density of 245
<br /> dwelling units and rezoned the remaining 19.72 acres for medium density
<br /> residential land uses (2 to 8 dwelling units per acre). On Septe Tiber 4, 2012, the
<br /> City Council introduced Ordinance 2048 for PUD-02-10M that modified the PUD
<br /> Development Plan for the subject property to incorporate the Housing Site
<br /> Development Standards and Design Guidelines to guide he high density
<br /> development on the 7-acre portion of the project site.
