I also learned that there is also a plan from a local businessman to restore the house 'or possible commercial <br /> use. Please do not allow this house to be demolished. Please do allow the renovation and possible commercial use of <br /> that building. Stanley Blvd. is an eclectic mix of old homes, businesses and housing. The charm of Pleasanton is its old <br /> buildings. Several of those buildings have been lost on my street. This increases the pressure for more to be demolished <br /> and replaced by new buildings that can been seen in any town. A good example of a beautifully maintained building is <br /> Dr. Forests office next door to 4202. It is just this mix of commercial and historic that is perfect for Stanley Blvd. and <br /> Pleasanton.
