IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~EASANTON, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Resolution No. 2474 Authorizing Execution of A~reement Between Central Pacific Railway 0om~any and City of Pleasanton for First Street Right of Ways THE 0ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON does hereby resolve as follows; I That the grant of right of way for street purposes over a box culwert in First Street south of Division Street offered by the Oentral Pacific Railway Company and its lessee Southern Pacific Company, is hereby approved and accepted. II That said right of way concerns the following described property: BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of First Street (60 feet wide) in the 0ity of Ploasanton, distant North 41° 05~ East 107.5 feet from the north-- easterly line of Division Street, said point being also the northeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land described in deed dated January 22, 1874. from John W. Kottinger, et ux, to Central Pacific Railroad 0ompany, recorded January 28, 1874 in ~ook 95 of Deeds, p~e 461, Records of said 0ounty; thence North 72e 20r West, along the northeasterly line of said parcel, 87.18 feet to a point in the northeasterly prolongation of the north- westerly line of the 80 foot wide portion of said First Street; thence South 41e 05t West, along said prolongation, 66,66 feet to the southwesterly line of said parcel; thence South 72e 20t East, along said southwesterly line, 87.18 feet to a point in said south- easterly line of First Street; thence North 41e 05t East, along the northeasterly prolon~ation of s~d southeasterly line, 66.66 feet to the point cf beginning, containing an area of 0~122 of an acre, more or less. III That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
