2. Five on-street guest parking spaces along the west side of the new private street <br /> have been removed to accommodate the driveways of the two new lots. Staff notes <br /> that there are not separate plan types or architecture designs for each option; Options 1 <br /> and 2 would use the same architecture designs and/or plan types. Information on <br /> building designs and plan types can be found in the attached July 10, 2013, Planning <br /> Commission staff report (Attachment 6).
