The project applicant/developer shall develop and implement measures that will <br /> achieve 25 percent better energy efficiency for the project over that required by <br /> 2010 Title 24 state energy requirements in effect upon the City Council's <br /> adoption of the ordinance approving PUD-97. The method used and plan details <br /> shall be incorporated into the plans submitted to the Building aria Safety Division <br /> for plan check and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 44. The applicant shall work with staff on locations for providing ligh:-colored paving <br /> material for driveways and street paving. Prior to issuance of building permits for the project, a tentative map shall be <br /> approved by the City and recorded. <br /> Housing Element Mitigation Measures <br /> 48. The applicant shall hire an air quality consultant approved by the City of <br /> Pleasanton who will prepare a Construction Air Pollutant Control Plan that <br /> adheres to all specifications in the mitigation monitoring and reporting program of <br /> the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report and will verify in writing that <br /> the plan adheres to all of Bay Area Air Quality Management District's <br /> (BAAQMD's) air quality guidance applicable to the project. <br /> Prior to issuance of a grading or building permit, whichever is sooner, the <br /> applicant shall submit an air quality construction plan detailing the proposed air <br /> quality construction measures related to the project such as construction <br /> phasing, construction equipment, and dust control measures. Said plan shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Director of Community Development.
