Our office prepared the Geotechnical Report for the proposed improvements. This phase of the work will be difficult to scope out in detail at this time. The actual scope of work will depend upon the overall design,construction schedule,and effective means of construction. Following is the general scope of services that are expected during the construction phase. These are listed as a reference for contract purposes. Specific task will depend on the needs during the construction work. Provide geotechnical oversight and assistance consisting of the following: a) Respond to RFI's b) Review pile/Foundation data as requested to provide any comments c) Respond to foundation construction questions/issues d) Respond to subgrade preparation questions/issues and assist with devc loping mitigation measures (wet conditions etc.) e) Attend site meeting as requested f) Consult with Resident Engineer as needed(differing site condition issues, constructability issues etc.) The cost for these services will be based on the actual billing rates and the hours expended.
