Prior to the installation, the applicant/developer shall submit the design and <br /> location of the bicycle racks to the Director of Community Development for <br /> review and approval. <br /> Building and Safety Division <br /> 146. All retaining walls higher than four feet from the top of the wall to the bottom of <br /> the footway shall be constructed of reinforced concrete, masonry, or other <br /> material as approved by the Director of Community Development, or shall be an <br /> approved crib wall type. Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall <br /> accompany the wall plans. <br /> 147. At the time of building permit plan submittal, the project developer shall submit a <br /> final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil engireer depicting all <br /> final grades and on-site drainage control measures to prevent slormwater runoff <br /> onto adjoining properties. <br /> 148. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant/developer shall submit a <br /> waste management plan to the Building and Safety Division. The plan shall <br /> include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and <br /> how the project developer intends to recycle at least 75 percent of the total job <br /> site construction waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall <br /> be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building <br /> permit. During construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal <br /> bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only." The <br /> project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of <br /> all waste from the site. <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 149. A "Conditions of Approval" checklist shall be completed and attached to all plan <br /> checks submitted for approval indicating that all conditions have been satisfied. <br /> 150. If a parcel map is requested by applicant/developer to subdivide the property into <br /> lots for Residential, Commercial, and Right of Way and Public Service Easement <br /> dedication, the parcel map shall be processed in conformance with the City's <br /> Subdivision Ordinance and the Development Agreement between the City and <br /> developer. <br /> 151. The project developer shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels <br /> needed for public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the <br /> City Engineer, or other easements, which may be designaled by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 152.
