BACKGROUND <br /> City staff, members of the Hacienda Mobilehome Park Resident's Agreement <br /> Committee and the park owner have been working for several months on a new <br /> rent stabilization agreement. Progress is being made to reach agreement, but <br /> additional time is necessary to complete the negotiations. The Sixth Amendment <br /> to Agreement Providing for Stabilization of Mobilehome Space Rents (copy <br /> attached) extends the term of the 2007 agreement for two additional months, i.e, <br /> August and September, beyond the two month and one month extensions <br /> previously approved by the park owner and the City.
