Approve professional services contracts for on-call general civil engineering professional services <br /> with the firms of BKF Engineers, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and Pakpour Consulting <br /> Group, Inc. in the total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $500,000 between July 1, 2013 and June <br /> 30, 2016 <br /> 8.
